We are a community of cloud technology enthusiasts and welcome new members at any scale – from small players to large established European Champions.
All projects with their respective trademarks are owned by Linux Foundation Europe (LFEU) – a reputable non-profit. The NeoNephos agenda is driven by the Governing Board which is open to any organization willing to become a Sponsor. The technical leadership is facilitated by the Technical Advisory Council (TAC), which is not just open to company representatives but also the technical leaders of the respective projects which could be anyone.
This setup allows multiple companies and individuals to collaborate in a mutually beneficial arrangement. In no way is a single organization privileged on any of the boards. All important decisions are done through voting. And having LFEU be the ultimate owner behind the assets and trademarks ensures neutrality.
NeoNephos features projects on its website and media. In addition, advanced projects may be featured in press releases, events or LFEU blog posts. Projects benefit from the combined outreach capabilities of NeoNephos and LFEU to ensure they are introduced to the desired audience.
It is the goal of the foundation to see its projects succeed. Therefore, advanced projects can request foundational resources like infrastructure, expertise or funding to ensure there are no logistical or financial constraints impeding progress.
